Seniors Fitness: A Balance and Mobility Program

This 6-week program includes private training with our Personal Trainer. Each week, the 30-minute session will include a variety of movements designed to improve mobility, balance, posture, and strength.

This program can be performed alone or you can sign up with a friend/partner/spouse.

These sessions will help you:

  • improve balance and mobility
  • increase leg and upper body strength
  • practice good posture
  • reduce your risk of falling
  • increase self confidence
  • be more active
