LETS GO VIRTUAL : Team training, small group training or private training.
With the ongoing lockdown, Cor Maximus would like to share with you our virtual Athlete Conditioning. We understand the complexity of navigating team camaraderie and athlete motivation during the start of 2021.
Virtual group or private sessions, with our trainer Cameron, will motivate your athlete(s) while keeping them fit and healthy.
Athlete conditioning with Cameron will help develop key performance qualities for your sport. He will help develop functional athletic movement, strength, core stability, quickness, and balance.
Cameron is the perfect coach to help mentor athletes for academic, life, and sport excellence. He is also North Bay’s trainer of choice to guide you to any athletic goal.
