Twist Conditioning Seminar

We are excited to be offering a one day seminar put on by Twist Conditioning from Burlington. The two courses offered will be “Core Power” and “Athletic Strength”. These will take place on Saturday February 25th at the West Ferris High School Gymnasium.  Athletic Strength will begin at 10 am (sharp), with Core Power beginning at 1 pm. These sessions are each two hours in duration. Each session qualifies for 1 Continue Education (CE) hour with CanFit Pro or 0.2 with A.C.E.

Registration is at 9:30 am, but we are expecting to sell out, so you are advised to pre-register by going to Cor Maximus at 1501 Seymour, beside Canadian Legend’s (previously Don Cherries). An individual seminar is $65, or register for both for $110 (plus HST).
