This class is designed for new moms looking for time in their busy
schedules for fitness and fun!  Work on becoming a Yummy Mummy and
get to know other moms while shedding those pregnancy pounds.  Using
intervals of cardio and resistance training, mom & baby are sure
to benefit from this full body work out!
