Seniors 1 on 1 – A Balance and Mobility Program

This 6 session program includes  1 on 1 training with our Personal Trainer.

Each 30 minute session will include a variety of range of motion movements designed to increase mobility, balance and posture.

A light weight segment will be incorporated (ability permitting) to help increase bone density.

These sessions will help

  • improve balance and mobility
  • increase leg strength
  • increase upper body strength
  • practice good posture
  • reduce your risk of falling
  • increase self confidence
  • be more active
