Toned arms, strong back & legs and a fit belly are all possible even when pregnant. Exercises with hand weights, resistance bands, stability balls and cardiovascular training will restore your energy levels and strengthen your body as it changes throughout pregnancy.
This can be taught one-on-one or up to a group of 3.
