Pilates will help you move in safer and more efficient movement patterns, which are invaluable for injury recovery, sports performance, good posture and optimal health.
In 2012, Hailee completed her Mat Pilates teacher training in North Bay with Andrea Jackson at A.J. Pilates Studio. Hailee has continued to grow her practice by participating and teaching Pilates in many studios throughout both Canada and Australia. Currently, Hailee is furthering her study of Pilates through STOTT Pilates, emphasizing both fitness and rehabilitation practices.
