- Learn to Run 5K
Taught by Jennifer Wieggers
All you need is comfortable clothing and a sensible pair of shoes. The first couple of weeks will help you get comfortable on your feet. You will slowly increase your stamina and your confidence. Along the way you will increase your endurance to run 5K.
With a little nudge in the right direction you will soon be on your way to a fitter and faster you.
