Lise Paxton has been working in the fitness industry for almost 10 years. A certified fitness instructor and certified Can-Fit-Pro Personal Trainer she brings with her many years experience in training clients and teaching classes such as Gliding, Abs and Arms, Spinning and aerobics. Lise also has certifications in BOSU, Schwinn Cycling and Keiser Cycling and is a Can-Fit-Pro Pro Trainer for the Personal Trainer Specialist Certification program.

Our previous Glide class has a new twist! The Gliding discs will now be combined with stability and weighted balls, hand weights and various tools for a safe and effective total body workout.
