Cor Maximus

The program consists of 12 weeks of exercise classes, as well as a pre- and post- examination. At the examination, you will be assessed to ensure that you will be able to safely participate in the program.

The costs of the program are not covered by OHIP. The entire cost of the program is $580, which includes the examinations, 12 weeks of programming and the education sessions. One third of the payment is due at the onset of the program, one third is due at week four and one third is due at week eight. Payment can be made by credit card, or by cheque.

The program is currently limited to four participants per class, which helps to ensure adequate one-on-one supervision. There are no refunds or make up sessions for classes which are not attended. With your registration in the program, your place within the classes are reserved for the full 12 weeks.
